group we got here there so I really appreciate your time. I just want to give you a heads up on how things work for these panel discussions here. We probably have about 45 minutes for a kind of a discussion among these three ladies first and I'm going to then hand it off to you guys for questions. We probably have about 25 minutes or so. So when you have something feel free to raise your hand and I'll call you guys from the stand up and ask you questions afterwards. And the ladies said they really wanted to hear some of your questions so we're probably going to keep the answers tight and then we'll

throw it to you guys and kind of take the reins here. But first I want to introduce our amazing panel here today that really have so much experience in their fields and careers that can really tell you some insight of what it is like to enter into this industry here. And the session aims to get a lot of perspectives on particularly what opportunities and challenges women do have in investment banking, what kind of qualifications you need, skill

sets and on the job experiences. Also how do women compare with men in investment banking? Are there differences there? What can women do in terms of contribution wise that can be different than men as well? And finally what needs to happen to encourage more women to enter and stay in the investment banking sector because we have learned this is a very up and out as you guys mentioned kind of career path.
