I have to agree with others that this guy's caning technique is really not good. The cane should be held near the handle to benefit from its full length and flexibility, also having the forefinger placed along the cane reduces the release of the wrist resulting in the equivalent to a pulled stroke. This girl's bottom deserves to be caned properly!

he should use the cane propper - not holding it in the middle ... those are just some teasing taps but nor real good strokes . the cane should be always full swings to get the tears going.
