    A: this person didn't even make the animation, just posted it. B: That could turn a 5 day render in to a 3 week one real quick, most animaters dont have the ability to rent out big render farms C: Its takes so much time and so much effort to make even a simple animations, Id rather someone make 3 20 sec clips that can easily be looped in a month, then 1 2min animation every 3 months. Plus the way patreon and social media in general works punishes creators that take time to make longer animations rather then just making more.  Again, just try and make something better and you will understand how much work and effort it is to make "The scenes Longer" Just to appease the 5% of people that dont like a simple and clean loop.
