Israel is a cultural melting pot comprised mostly of immigrants plus about one-fifth Arab-Palestinians.

Walking down a street in Israel is a treat for the senses, the aroma of exotic foods from all over the globe,

the sound of Hebrew, Arabic, Russian, and Amharic, the contrast of Muslims in traditional dress, and the smell of Jews walking down the street.
