They do that shit all the time. I've seen the same video posted in the 50 NEWEST VIDEOS section at least 4 times since I joined the channel 3.5 years ago. I guess when they think (censor) videos and DON'T post them they dig into their archives and put something else in to make it look busier.
Plus they allow people to mis-categorize videos. I hate it when a video has NOTHING to do with massage or flashing (my fav ones) yet they put them in those categories anyway. And that goes for all videos.
If they offered me the job (paid of course) as "Category Verifier" I'd clean up a shit load of videos.
